- Minor Imperfections such as scratches, misprints, creases/ divots on fabric.

- All Items are new and unused.
- Most backpacks are approximately 10.5"H x 4.5" D x 9"W.
- If you choose the 2-Pack - you will receive 2 different bags.

I loved my first purchase so much that I bought another 2-pack mystery bundle and just received them today. The turnaround time on these bags are insane! Ordered and received all 4 bags within a week. This time I didn’t care for one of my bags, but I gave it to my mother in law as a gift and she loved it! Definitely a great purchase and a fun little surprise for collectors.
This is the second time ordering 2 mystery bags. Fast shipping. This time the defects were a little more noticeable than the first time. Second bag I had a hard time finding it the defects and I left it in the tissue and plastic it came in.
They sent me a mystery bag that was sliced and refused to take blame.even after I said the box it was received in was perfectly fine (no damage) and a picture of the cut. I will NEVER return to this store.

Only one of my bags were not damaged, the other had a razor slash across the bottom of bag, shipping box was fine so I know it wasn't from shipping but the shop refuses to acknowledge that it happened on their end. Offered to do a refund. Very unsatisfied with this outcome. Will NEVER shop from this store again

Horrible customer service, one of my bags was sliced across the bottom by a razor most likely and the refused to believe it was done before it came to me. Offered a refund of $35 having me pay 45 instead of 40 for the second bag because of return. I will NEVER buy from this store again. I'm so disgusted by this company. No accountability
