SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Openandclothing.com we offer FREE Standard Shipping within the United States, but we also offer faster shipping methods if you would like to pay a little more.

We ship all orders via USPS up until 1pm PST, Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 1 business day for your purchase to be processed at our warehouse after receiving your order. A notification email will be sent after your order has been shipped. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier i.e. USPS.

International buyers, please be familiar with your country's customs policy. We want to make sure you get your purchase but customs fees and duty taxes are unfortunately out of our control. You will have to be responsible for any fees your international purchase may incur.

Openandclothing.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however we ALWAYS provide tracking numbers to confirm delivery.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To request a return send an email to hello@openandclothing or give us a call at (818) 616-4463 (have your Order ID handy) to explain your reason for returning the item. You will then be issued a return label to send the item back for a refund. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this time-frame may be accepted only at the discretion of our support team.

  • Items should be returned new, unworn, and with any tags still attached.
  • Returns that arrive damaged or worn will not be accepted.
  • Returns are to be made within 7 Days after receiving approval and prepaid label from our support team.
  • Please include the invoice and your order ID with the returned item together in the package.
  • Any shipping charges paid when the order was made will not be refunded.
  • Sorry, we do not accept returns on International Orders.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? We would be happy to replace it. Please contact us by email with your exchange request and we'll send you the correct size provided that item's quantity is still in stock.

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Openandclothing.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Credit Cards only. You can also pay via PayPal ®.

International Buyers

We ship outside of the US. However, We can only accept Paypal as a payment method from International Buyers. Sorry NO International Credit Cards.

Sales Tax

State laws require companies to collect sales tax from residents shipping merchandise to states where the company has established offices. The OpenandClothing.com main office of operations is located in Los Angeles, California; we are, therefore, required to collect sales taxes (9.75%) on orders shipped to locations in the state of California.
